Stunning venue and setting. Good Pizzas from a wood fired oven. Casual open air setting with facilities for the kids to entertain themselves in view of the adults. Let down by the service staff.

I visited the restaurant. Its very nice and cosy with great pizza and wine. But the menu only has pizzas and burgers, which is a bit disappointing because its a long drive to get there.

Every friend and family member I've taken to Brenaisance or whom I've recommended the venue to for baby showers, birthdays or bridal showers have come back and thanked me for introducing them to this little gem. And everytime we have all felt the same that it is a fantastic tranquil space to relax and unwind with delicious food and drinks. The atmosphere is every family friendly and just creates a great vibe whether it's a girls night out or lunch with the family and children. I love the fact that there isn't an overflow of options on the menu, they only have a few items but they do everything exceptionally well. The food is always top quality, well presented and very tasty. The waiters are always well informed and can guide you to decide on the correct wine or item on the menu to match your craving. The staff also go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and when I was recently short a R10, due to not being able to swip as a result of loadshedding, the waiter added the money himself and said he knows I'm a regular and that I can add it to his tip next time. Now that is what I call customer service and an act of kindness. He didn't have to do that, but it was much appreciated. Lastly I love how they always try to change this up with decor and it all adds to a fantastic atmosphere and city escape. No matter winter or summer it's a lovely spot, with great service, a yummy menu and it's loadshedding friendly due to a wood fired menu. Amazing location just outside of Stellenbosch! Good room, friendly and helpfull staff. Only downside was that you have to walk about 150m to the restaurant to have breakfast. However, the owners are aware of this and renewing the accomodations to solve this.We had dinner at the restaurant, great pizza and combined it with a tasting of the wines from the estate. We had a great stay over in one of the Vineyard Cottages. ||The room was very comfortable, although I think a couple of things can be added, like body lotion, face cloths, toilet brush, etc. Not that we needed it, but the next person might. We had no complaints and really loved our stay!||The farm is absolutely stunningly beautiful and so peaceful!||We had pizza for supper at the restaurant on location. Five stars for the lovely pizza and huge burgers we enjoyed at Brenaissance. Service was very speedy and we got left alone pretty much (which we appreciated) to savour our lunch and enjoy the pretty gardens and mountain range in the distance.
