What’s your signature dish?
All my dishes are my babies. I would have to say lamb crown rack.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
It's a combination of what the client wants to achieve for the event and budget. We refuse to cut corners which jeopardise our quality and reputation. Customer satisfaction is top priority.
What do you love most about your job?
That I am able to fulfill my passions. BBQ and making people happy be it through the food or customer service.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love every aspect of BBQ. From developing rubs, sauces, experimenting with wood flavour vs different temperatures vs different cuts of meat. It is what I am here to do and I love sharing that with people. I also enjoy the beer that goes along with the hours of cooking.
