Best service . Had the best holiday to know my dog was okay.
He was Well looked after.
Although his Dog bedding was full of urine, but overall I would recommend BKC for anyone.

We used bkc pet boarding to board our cat for 10 days whilst on holiday. I was highly impressed with the professional and efficient way in which everything was done. We were spoiled by free collection and drop off as first customers. After 2 days we missed our cat and were worried if she adapted so I sent an email. It was answered immediately and it set us at ease. When our cat returned after a 10 day stay, she was clean and showed no sign of trauma, which means that she was treated with the necessary care during her stay. The collection and drop off makes it so much easier for us when we go away. Even in the cold weather this week we didn't have to worry as the kennels have underfloor heating .
