Wow! What a phenomenal individual lucky is! He is truly a professional and deserves any jobs out there for him. He is a master of his trade and is so knowledgeable, I have had many previous installers but he is the best I have worked with. He is diligent, capable, delivers with ease, capable, smart, kind and respectful. Please consider him for your jobs you won't regret it at all. Yesterday 31 Oct 23 was pouring rain and freezing lucky had a issue with his vehicle but communicated this to me ahead of time he even made a point of taking a bolt to get to me so he could make the appointment, did the job and left with a smile, he was even open to any feedback. Originally Lucky was great, responsive and fast, the installation job he did was okay(not great but adequate) but he messed up on one corner with a cable dangling outside around a gutter, he promised to come repair it the next day, then never showed up then he blocked my partner on WhatsApp. When I asked him to come repair it he blocked me too. He should not be allowed to be listed on a site like bark. He’s a crook, we even gave him R200 extra. Boycot him!! What do you love most about your job?
The security industry is very sensitive at times, because we live in this world were securing your family and property is the most important thing in the universe. Once that is done properly with not putting your clients at risk. Than it's a day well spent. Securing everything at all cost.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was once a sales consultant for a very big security company in the world, were I was working for this dealership, the dealer was one of the top dealers in Gauteng, but what i did not like was the way it operated.
We deal with customers that are requiring our service because something terrible has happened to them or they loved ones or they want to protect they loved ones and their belongings, So way take advantage of that and want to benefit from that, i decided that i would make a difference and eventually the money will come.
Safety first before enriching your self, that's the reason I always go to bed with a smile, knowing that someone is going to sleep peaceful and protected because of you.
Why should our clients choose you?
As I indicated safety comes first. That's the mentality i have, it's not about the car you driving, the house you stay in or the position you have at your work. As long as I'm going to secure you or family and your belongings as it was my own than I'm at peace.
