How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I like to focus on Movement fitness that happens when the movement is right, to begin with even if it by just two repetitions but if it's done the right way it will bring massive changes.
I also believe in consistency and a positive mindset believing and trusting the journey is one of the ways one can achieve their goals
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Being mindful of thoughts, listening and paying very close attention to the body and last but not list TRUST THE PROCESS and PATIENCE
What do you love most about your job?
The fact that I can change lives and build people up to their desired potentials. To me seeing the transformations that happen in people's lives from mind to body is very incredibly fulfilling.
