What’s your signature dish?
Lamb on the spit, baked Cheese Cake, Prawn Tempura, Whole Red Snapper, stuffed and grilled on the open fire.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
It is all about communication. Incorporating some of our signature dishes, together with the clients. The combination is perfect.
What do you love most about your job?
Not one function is the same. All events are catered for in different venues, either private home or corporates. Not one has the same budget requirements. All customers are different and our mission is to please all. Whether it be meat lovers, vegetarian or lovers of baked desserts. We strive to please everyone and thus ensure repeat business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My love for cooking & eating. Even our mobile bars are amazing fun. Catering for weddings, cocktail parties, corporates or most popular is our kiddies bars. We offer a wide range of non alcoholic cocktails/ Mocktails. By far the most popular under the kids is our Pina Colada ( maybe the name encourage this ) but we make them with fresh fruits and syrups. Garnished to taste fantastic.

We offer a tailored made service. Taking into account; clients budget and our willingness to please and exceed there expectations. What i tell my customers, yes sure, you have to be satisfied, but more important then that. All your guests should want to use us for their own functions too.

We do individually packed meals. They are perfect for any occasion, especially now with Covid. We have supplied these meals for the following events. Office meetings, high teas & funerals.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff gets screened and strict policies are in place. The wearing of masks and gloves are compulsory.
