I would highly recommend Johann as a personal trainer, as he is affordable and adaptable with his sessions to accommodate your budget. He is involved through every step of your fitness journey, either through physical or online sessions. He gives you your exercise programme as well as a delicious, easy to follow diet with a calorie breakdown. He makes the individual workout sessions challenging, yet fun and rewarding. My first online exercise experience with my first Personal Trainer was so daunting and out of my comfort zone.
Now almost three months and more then twenty online sessions done,I can say with confidence I trust the process and I trust my Personal Trainer Johann.
My initial goal was to set routines for improving health, gaining strength and have a personal workout program to follow.
But it spiraled into such a positive overwhelming great experience that I feel accomplished and full of happiness after every session.
Due to working at night as a shift worker(my preference) and working long hours(I'm passionate and love my work) it was always so difficult to begin and maintain an exercise program,eating regularly and sleeping enough.
With the guidance of,Johann I'm now consistent in following my exercise program and put effort into preparing food and eating mindfull.Still struggling with insomnia (my Mother said I was born that way)but the REM sleep cycle has improved and that is important.
Online sessions are convenient.Sessions are flexible and scheduled to accommodate my work and during the cold winter months it is nice to stay in your own warm peacefull environment.
In the search for fitness options a few months ago lead to receiving so many messages from personal training assistance available near and some walking distance from my home. None impressed.
Standing out was ,Johann's fitness biography, his trials to improve his fitness and health that I could relate to.
He made No empty promises...and that seems authentic. Crucial for me was the importance of being educated (Degree in Psychology)thus understanding human behavior,being an Endurance athlete who also follows programs ext to excell in his own sport.Thus also improving his fitness.
I'm grateful for,Johann being my Personal Couch.
His energy is "contagious ".
His patience is Neverending....
I appreciate his professionalism.
His punctual,kind and approachable.
During a session when an exercise is to uncomfortable,he adjust and make sure form and technique is correct to prevent injury.
He is the best "cheerleader" you can have!!
I had a week where I was under the weather ,but we still did three sessions that week consisting of recovery exercises and stretching.I could still go to work.I felt better after each session and believed my quick recovery was due to exercising and not lying in a bed feeling sorry for myself.
I'm looking forward to the journey with,Johann to improve all the multi-dimensional aspects of wellness.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During 1 on 1 private sessions I will be wearing a mask at all times.
I travel with personal sanitizer and sanitize my hands and equipment before and during sessions.
Additionally there will be 2m social distancing throughout the session.
