How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Largely through foundational work and strong interpersonal connection - understanding the individual as part of a dynamic environment. The mind is often the most fundamental factor in achieving our desires or serving as a barrier preventing us from achieving our goals. Ask me about the contribution of diet and movement towards wellness.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistently making good decisions and viewing the body as a vessel that simply reflects the broader context of realistic and sustainable wellness. It helps to think of your shopping trolley as an extension of your body too - whatever goes in there ultimately ends up inside you.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people in all aspects of their lives and witnessing their growth as human beings in an often challenging world.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Many of life's lessons led me to finding what feels good and flowing with it.
Why should our clients choose you?
It's important for me to highlight here that I prefer to focus my attention on a select few clients at a time. My life has been a journey that allows me to view each person through a humble and non-judgemental lens. I'm damn good at what I do, with expertise reaching into nutrition, sport science, and psychology. Hopefully we can have a few laughs along the way.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I offer a mobile service, helping clients set SMART goals, and providing all the assessment and training equipment necessary to help them achieve these goals. I prefer in-person sessions where I can perform at my best and correct technique with precision, but I also offer online services to dedicated clients who need them.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I'd approach this from a point of being extremely considerate rather than one of fear. I also think enough changes have been made in the world and the mindset of everyone living in it to take very good care of themselves.
