What do you love most about your job?
Being a coach allows me to assist my clients to grow their businesses and reach their potential.
What inspired you to start your own business?
For me starting a business was because I saw how in corporate I was restricted in what I could do and how little I was able to assist business owners. I had seen how very small changes in businesses could make a big difference in the success of businesses and I could help the owners to affect these changes.

As a small firm I am ideally suited to tailor my fees to what you and your business can afford. I am able to scale the size of my team to match each project through my network of associated coaches and grow according to your needs.

Although my preferred method of interaction is face to face covid has shown us how efficient meetings on line can be. I therefore coach/consult both face to face and in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I follow all the normal covid protocols but also offer remote services.
Business Coaching
Coaching differs from consulting in that I do not only identify solutions to issues in your business but also through a process of coaching which involves ongoing support.
Management Coaching
In larger businesses I coach managers in better practices which will lead to the company growing. This includes looking at current management procedures and processes and updating them to accepted world class best practices.
Management Consultant.
A three step approach of diagnosis, suggesting solutions and designing a course of actions to improve the situation. With the report generated the business can implement the suggested solution themselves or engage in further phases of intervention which would include identifying training needs, developing tracing and implementing this training.
