Visited the shop and restaurant.... and what a disappointment! After being not able to serve us Cacao(The "right" person was not there) we settled for a Peanut Butter Smoothie . ... only to find out it comes from a packet and is out of stock. What kind of a "Wellness Hub" serves smoothies from a PACKET??! Fine then, so we settled for another smoothie, only to find shredded pieces of blue PLASTIC in both of our drinks. We politely inform the waiter and she does not know what to say.... one of the senior staff happen to pass by and we flag her to tell her about the plastic. She literally looks me in the eyes and says "oh" and walks away??! Not a sorry.... NOTHING. Just ignores me and walks away. All this while the owner is on the phone outside the shop the entire time. We could not wait to get the HELL out of there! All in all.... First glance of this place and its FAR from authentic Spirituality. It's a pass from me unfortunately. More...

cold stone massage
We start with a traditional Swedish massage to prepare the muscles ,then use smooth, flat, cold obasalt stones that are positioned along your spine, then massage the back or the palms of your hands, along your legs and between the toes as part of the massage to enhance circulation, release stress ,and tension on muscles. The use of cold stones during massage helps contract muscles, increase circulation, and alleviate bloating. By cooling down the muscles and skin, cold stone massage therapy feels soothing, calming, refreshing, and rejuvenating throughout the body, which also reduce stress, relieve tension, and boost energy levels.
Hot stone massage
We start with a traditional Swedish massage to prepare the muscles ,then use smooth, flat, hot obasalt stones that are positioned along your spine, then massage the back or the palms of your hands, along your legs and between the toes as part of the massage to enhance circulation, release stress ,and tension on muscles. The use of hot stone massage is highly recommended to relieve pain and tension in your muscles due to the combination of massage therapy and heat. Heat is often recommended as a way to treat achy muscles and helps increase blood flow to that spot, which improves healing.
Deep tissue massage
The treatment involves slow strokes, direct pressure and friction movements that go across the muscle grain.
The treatment helps to alleviate chronic pain, reduce stress, and improve posture. It is also ideal to break up scar tissue, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation. It promotes blood flow and oxygen to the affected area, deep tissue massage helps to reduce tension and pain.
Womb massage
It is a gentle non-invasive external massage applied to the back, sacrum, gluteus and the abdomen. It allows the body to regain homeostasis and the natural balance of the body can be restored to the pelvic and abdominal areas. Helps the body increase the supply of blood flow into the pelvic organs. This can benefit women with PCOS by increasing circulation to the reproductive system, stimulating ovulation and regulating menstruation.
Kar sai Nai Tsang
The treatment helps release the blockages and sedimentation that cause poor blood flow so that men and women can regain healthy sexual function.It also helps release emotional and physical blockages in the body and specifically in the pelvic area through massage improving the healthy functioning of sexual organ for women and men. Karsai Nei Tsang helps eliminate common problems associated with the sexual organs
Sports massage
This massage treamprove heart rate and blood pressure, increase circulation and lymph flow, and help with helping injuries healing period, including shin splint, tennis elbow, sprains and strains.
