I only ever use Annemieke when it comes to property. I bought my first home through her in 2002. She sold it again in 2007. She has also sold my house in Uitzicht and both houses in Ladismith. Highly recommend Annemieke! Professional throughout and always had our best interest at heart. We met when we were searching for a house and attended her show house. Made an offer the very same day. What happened next was remarkable, she asked whether she could assist with the sale of our house. After getting no hits after one month of being listed, Annemieke listed our house, and 2 days later there was a viewing and then an offer! The rest is history, as they say. Initially we wanted to sell my dad's house privately, due to High Agent fees, but with no success, we got in touch with Annemieke and after meeting with her, my dad agreed to let her handle the sale of his house, which he has loved for 42yrs plus. It was our childhood home. Annemieke was so professional, yet very personal and sympathetic to the emotional side of selling the house and she was also very affordable and reasonable with her fees. The house was sold with the first offer and quicker than we expected. My dad was very pleased with her professionalism and he got the price he hoped for.
