Although I found the staff very friendly and inviting, the massage room was dirty, I could see dirt on the built in cupboards in the room, the massage bed pricked my neck and face as the bed cover was cracked and peeling, very old, needs to be refurbished, masseus had a rough patch on her one hand, so felt like she was scratching me, I did point this out to her, in general the whole premises including decor needs a good clean.
