what an awesome day we had, if you want a real turkish experience then this the place. our therapists were so professional and hands on. ..... Sincedile and Toko was brilliant!!! This place is an adventure and the food is just so perfect!!! As my friend mentioned on her page, she couldn't go to Turkey, bit Turkey came to her!!!! This is an absolutely Turkish adventure not to miss!!! We did one the Signature Spa Journeys - The Oriental Spice Journey and it was wonderful with all the different smells and oils..... The Hammam bath ritual is a must, it's a journey that cannot be explained but only be felt!!!! This is the one place that you need to put on your Definitely To Do List!!! More...

The fruit plate at the beginning was really nice and as for ambience and décor, that was very nice. The best part was the food. Absolutely delicious. I would've liked a better welcome, not just to take us to the changing rooms...show us at least where the toilet is and what we can expect.... There was no big towels at the jacuzzi, I had to go inside and ask for some. The best part of the day was the foot scrub and rub. We then went to the hammam. My weirdest and most uncomfortable experience ever. I had no idea what to expect and it wasn't explained. After the bath we waited (for what seemed forever). I would've liked it if they at least told us to wait for x minutes.... We then moved to another room to get the massages. We were really thirsty after the hammam. My husband asked for water, they brought him a bottled water (room temperature). They only brought one bottle so my husband and I shared it. I selected on my form that I wanted medium pressure and relaxing massage.... The massage I received was too deep. The lady who did my facial, her nails were too long. She actually scratched my face once. The same for the therapist who did my husbands facial and Indian head massage. He described it as "horrific" he actually told her to remove the soap from his lips, as it went into his mouth and his face was sore because she rubbed to hard.... His head hurt quite bad, as she scratched him with her nails... The music was off for quite some time. We laid there and listened to people talking and dogs barking. It also was way too hot in the room. Not really the most relaxing environment. Also, after the massage, we were not offered water again. I wanted to buy something from the shop but the lady had no idea what the prices were and there was no-one available to ask. I told her to please find out and come get me at the restaurant, I am still waiting for her. I also had to pay my outstanding balance. The front desk had no idea what I had to pay. She asked me if I paid a deposit🤨 if I was dishonest I could've easily have said yes.... I really expected more of the place. I tried contacting them since Monday 19 April, with no success. I sent emails numerous times, no-one has contacted me to find out more or to apologize for our terrible experience. I am VERY disappointed. More...

I was spoiled by my boyfriend to the most delicious Turkish Feast for our weekly Sunday adventure... The decor makes you feel like you’ve been teleported to Turkey, staff are incredibly professional, attentive and polite, and the food was a taste sensation all unto itself. .. plus you get to experience all of this at an incredibly affordable price.
