We can do virtual session as well. We do however find that if possible, we would like to sit with senior management to explain our process and understand exactly what they require
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our policy is to keep masks on. We sanitize as much as possible and try and adhere to all possible Covid safety protocols. If a client has specific needs and requirements relating to Covid prevention, we will ensure that we adhere to them at all times

Assist companies in reaching their strategic goals. For companies who do not have a formal strategy, we help them create such a strategy for growing their companies
Leadership
As an accredited John Maxwell leadership coach, I am able to supply proper accredited training to all junior and senior management of a company
Budget/Rolling Forecasts
We train companies in the benefits of using Rolling Forecast instead of Budgets. We however give the advantages and disadvantages and if they decide to use Rolling Forecast, we help the client to implement it
Prepare Companies to be Sold
Toomany times, when a small family type business wants to sell, they realize that the proper systems are not in place and therefore they are offered far below their expected price. We assist companies in getting the correct systems in place and also ensure that they maximize their profits in order to get proper valuations

As a civil engineer with 22 years experience, I am well versed in Project Management and ensuring that any project gets done within time and budget
