When Adriann was sent across my path by what I believe was destined by my Higher Power, I was emtionally dead.

What happend to me in a nutshell:
2019 I was retrenched by my Company after 8 years
My husband soon after asked for divorce
And then hard lockdown with covid
My downward spiral began, losing everything.
And then I met Adriann. He has an unique insight into people.
He started gently coaxing me and slowly pulling me to the surface.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to create a new life experience and to see them soar as they take back their lives and live free and unafraid of life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been doing this work for 27 years, training and coaching people to become the best they can be as it is also my own work to become the best version of myself. Much of my work is unique as I have designed my own programs and processes after studying psychology, theology, and science to find the best method of creating a world that works for the people who want to take part in the creative process.
Why should our clients choose you?
Everyone has the same reason. They want to become the person who can create a new life experience and build a successful life. I have built many multimillion businesses and I can show people how to become those people. People choose me because I listen to them, accept them as they are and, if they are willing and committed to their own new creation, I will do whatever is necessary for them to achieve that.

I can do remotely / online via zoom or in person. I also conduct group coaching for people in remote areas who want to work together.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Covid is over now but the people are always safe.

The purpose of the mini starter session is to explore your needs and to give you a start on the journey. This session is completely free, and you will be given tools and insights into what is possible and how you can take your next steps whether you work with me or not.
It is up to you to ask for it and you must be committed to showing up. A rebooking fee is R5000.

Your business is a people's business, and the people decide the success or failure. You cannot grow a business while the people are running at the level that got your business to where it is today.
Growing a business does not require that you get rid of the people that got you this far. The best way is to grow the people so that they can grow your business. Sometimes of course, the inevitable actions will be needed.
The program I run for business is to assess the quality of the relationships within the business and the ability of the infrastructure to accommodate the foreseen growth. Often people want to restructure when all that is needed is a reorganising of the current.
Sometimes the best consultants are the people working in the business if we are willing to listen to them.
When we determine the potential of the people, we can coach them to the required level of performance.
There is also the need to see the requirements clearly.
Is there a need to training or coaching? There is an important difference.
The work I do is a combination of consulting, training, and coaching. All the IP is available to achieve this and no extra costs for material purchase is required.
