What do you love most about your job?
Solving other peoples problem, the joy of a happy client keeps us very happy at all times. The frustration of a client gives me a sleepless night, because a small problem can result into a bigger problem
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by the level of plumbing problem I experience in my own home and the stress to get the right person to get it sorted.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we respond fast and make sure we get the clients problem fixed, if we can not solve the problem will go an extra mile by outsourcing.

It depends on the problem at hand, if it's an emergency we will try to explain to the client few steps to be safe or to control the situation .
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have been trying so hard to keep clients safe, by using a mask at all time and avoid contact with clients.
