I was struggling with yo yo dieting and it not being sustainable. I was tired all the time. Once I had surgery to correct my severe scoliosis I began struggling even further with my diet being completely lost since I was not able to workout or do PT. My mental state was very negative and it was getting worse. I wanted to make sure I had the best recovery and continued lifestyle and that’s why I joined F4L back in September 2020. Since going F4L I feel so much better mentally and physically. When I look in the mirror I see the strong woman i know that I am and I believe it now. I’m so strong in my recovery that I didn’t think was possible from my first 9 weeks of recovery. I’m confident, happy, and feel so sexy! I’ve lost 16 inches overall so far all while recovering from MAJOR back surgery. Angelica and her team are top notch coaches that really dive into your goals, guide you to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle with food, your mind, and movement. I’m soo excited to have just extended my program for a year to continue my healing journey and build my mindset, muscles, and healing my gut! I chose to hire Angelica as my personal health coach because prior to meeting her, I had other nutrition coaches that I felt weren’t really teaching me about how my body worked or what I needed to properly fuel it. Tracking food and the fear of overeating ruled my life and I was beyond frustrated. After starting coaching, Angelica didn’t just help me make gains physically, but she helped me emotionally and mentally. I learned how to manage my macros and eat more food while still making muscle gains. She encouraged me to increase my strength workouts to 4x a week (as opposed to 2x a week previously) and helped me work on overcoming the limiting belief that I couldn’t hit 8-10k steps a day. We came up with actionable plans and slowly found that it could be done. I eliminated gluten, dairy and soy from my diet, but also increased my calories from 1,300 a day to 1,700 a day by the end of the program. I only lost 4 lbs over 12 weeks, but I lost 3 inches in my stomach and 2 inches in each thigh. I dropped a full size from a 4 to a 2 and for the first time in my life - I feel in control of my health and not overly obsessed. I even stopped tracking everything I eat for the first time in 1.5 years because now I can intuitively eat and not freak out if I miss a meal. I am so beyond blessed and grateful for what she has taught me and my transformation has not stopped. I will be fit for life and am using everything she taught me daily! More...

I found Coach Ang as a result of our love for personal development. We somehow virtually connected through a that we'd both attended. When I joined Fit for Life, I had no idea what to expect. I received a private virtual community, accountability, a customized workout plan, weekly group calls with strong, like-minded women, a supportive and loving coaching team! I absolutely loved having Chelsea as a coach! She always answered my questions, and was an awesome cheerleader! I could not have accomplished what I did without Chelsea's help, patience (kindly reminding me to increase my veggie intake ), and her enthusiasm. Would definitely recommend!! ❤

Coach Ang and the Fit for Life program are amazing!! Ang is no-nonsense and all about helping others be fit and healthy, physically as well as mentally. She comes up with a fitness and meal plan specific to you and there are weekly phone calls with her (or one of the other coaches) to keep you in check, go over your goals and make any necessary changes to your plan. You get weekly zoom calls with everyone in the program, led by Coach Ang. There’s also a private Facebook group for everyone in the program to chat about things and cheer each other on. Ang and the other coaches are so dedicated and encourage you every step of the way. I highly recommend you join her program and be transformed in every area of your life!! Angelica's Fit for Life program has completely changed my life and perspective! After having a ton of weight gain after my second pregnancy and the scale not budging I lost 16 lbs and many inches. I learned that food is my friend and that I don't have to limit my calories or food groups but rather work with what works with my body. I can have a cookie and not feel guilty. She completely changed my relationship with food. I ate more following her program than I have in years. No crazy restrictions, no crazy calorie deficits, just good wholesome food and I never went hungry. Another huge change that happened for me was mindset. I am now more confident and sure of myself. I don't absorb others negative vibes and put out only good ones. I have begun daily meditation and it has helped me sleep better and be happier in my everyday life. Angelica’s Fit For Life program is worth every penny and I highly recommend it! I completed three months in her program and learned so much about nutrition, exercise and mindset. My biggest takeaway from her program is the nutrition piece. I was absolutely clueless about what to eat and Angelica and her program taught me about macros, something I literally knew nothing about. I left the program with a solid understanding of how to FUEL my body with food (mindset shift from how I had thought about food). Her workouts were tough but do-able and the check-ins, private FB group, and weekly calls held me accountable on my health and fitness journey. Don’t hesitate... invest in yourself! You deserve it. I could not recommend Angelica enough. She has truly changed my life. I was overtraining and not following a tailored nutrition plan through beachbody. I was in severe adernal fatigue and lost. She helped me heal my adernal fatigue and scale back on the amount I was doing. I am down 16 lbs and multiple inches after only 2 months. Not only has she changed my body physically but she has mentally changed me as well. I couldn’t be more grateful for Angelica. She is always available and explains rationale for all she recommends. I highly recommend Angelica for Health Coaching! She worked with me for 3 months and gave me that extra kick that I needed. I am a runner. However she designed a program just for me that incorporated strength training into my activity and not just running. What a difference! She also made me accountable for what I was eating by logging everything daily. She is always giving helpful tips, has one on one meetings, weekly group meetings that are not just about workouts but daily life! It’s about living a positive life. We are all busy women and have daily stress. That is something all her clients have in common. We discuss body and mind. She has taught me so much and I continue to do cross training and log my meals everyday. Her assistant coaches are amazing too!! I am thankful every day for Angelica and her program.
