Wow how surprised I was, they arrived on time, came in with a smile, removed the furniture, showed me what they do, the chemicals were freely in sight if I wanted to see it, they communicate and when I asked questions was given a full answer, the work is impeccable, and they clean up after themselves and I would definitely use them again and refer family and friends to use them. It was such a pleasure having the gents clean our rugs and couches. They were so efficient and professional. They cleaned up the splashes on the tiles if there were any.
