What makes a great website?
That depends on the person looking at it. For us, it is interactivity, for someone else it could be modernism. What matters is not exactly what makes a great website but whether a designer can make YOUR idea of a great website come to life!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Our client execs like to get to know the client a bit to get an understanding of who they are. We know that your business is a direct reflection of who you are and in understanding that we can produce something unique to you.
We also ask a lot of questions about preferences and ask for visual examples of what the client loves and hates, along with the standard scope of work questions.
Describe your creative process.
Our designer has a very specific process when working.
The first thing she does is research industry competitors to get an understanding of what the client is working against and where the industry standard is currently.
The process from there is dependent on the project type but always starts with visual exploration and experimentation, which you get to see and approve before she starts working on the final product.

What do you love most about your job?
Creating something out of nothing. Looking at a design and thinking "wow, I did that and it's awesome!"
What inspired you to start your own business?
The two co-owners, Kayla and Mirko, started the business when COVID hit with the aim to be different in an industry dominated by the same.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Zoom is the new normal and we have EMBRACED it with open arms. But if the need for an in-person meeting does arise, all of our employees are remote workers, we are all vaccinated and take Covid-19 very seriously.
