Excellent service Khwazi was wonderful with our rambunxious hounds!

I asked for a move-in deep cleaning and what I got was nothing close to a regular cleaning. The oven, blinds, shower floor tiles and most of the walls were barely touched, I had to spend hours cleaning it myself. They did offer to re-do the untouched areas after sending them photos, but my disappointment wont let me have them back into my house; besides, I had done most of the cleaning myself as I couldn't live in a filthy house. I should add that I signed off on the job as I was in a haste, but that does not excuse the terrible job done. More...

When the cleaner was cleaning you were there and when she finished cleaning she asked you to check if everything is fine and you confirmed that everything was fine. If all these things that you listed here that were not cleaned how come you didn't see them when the cleaner was there. You know you walls were full of paint because your painters did not do a good job so the cleaner had to remove the paint. She cleaned your house from 9am until 4pm. If all the things you listed here were not done as you say then what was the cleaner doing at you house for 7 hours and you were also there. What you are complaining about it's not true and you also know that. The cleaner only left the place after you confirmed that you are happy with the cleaning.

Received an amazing young lady for weekly deep cleaning. Good communication skills very hard working and quick to learn as I needed to show her some things and supervise. Very willing and intelligent.
