Starting online personal training felt daunting for me, especially since it was not only my first time with online training but also my first personal training experience ever. However, working with Michelle has been truly transformative. From our very first assessment session, I was so impressed by how she analysed me online. She immediately identified what I struggle with, what needs improvement, and what my strengths are. Everything she said made complete sense, and it was clear that she truly knows what she’s doing. For the past seven years, I’ve struggled with my fitness journey and becoming my best self. I realised that if I really knew what I was doing, I would have had results by now. That’s why I decided to put aside what I thought I knew and accept help. Michelle is an amazing instructor and coach I feel so energized after sessions and I haven't felt this good in ages. She put together a personalised program for me so that I can train by myself through the app but at the same time she is tracking my progress and coaching me throughout. Michelle is in my experience unique in combining the capabilities of a traditional Personal Trainer, certified Pilates practitioner and leading edge EMS aware consultant. When I began working with Michelle over two years ago she performed an assessment of my fitness and devised a programme specific to me Lose Weight Fix some leg and balance problems in conjunction with local physios I travel a lot so the combination of one to one in person and “virtually” enabled me to keep up with the exercises through strong motivation techniques. Together we were able to devise a regime of PT “fusing” resistance training ( important for a septuagenarian ), with Pilates and supplements that has improved my performance and increased my energy levels way beyond normal for my age. I wish I had started this five or ten years ago and I’d look even younger than people tell me I do now. Michelle’s concentration of longevity for those of my age and a gradual build up to “healthspan” . Very impressed with my online sessions with MGPT. While I naturally like to be pushed hard in my sessions, Michelle is very intuitive and perceptive on my physical and mental state each session and adapt the programme accordingly. As someone who has had many personal trainers and done several training styles and classes etc, nothing comes close to the powerhouse that is Michelle! I leave every session on a shaky exhilarated high knowing that the time we just had together was worth every cent. After a few free sessions to see where I was at with my fitness, form and strength, she tailor made a plan specific to me. Unlike my past experiences where someone just counts reps, her attention to detail and form is unmatched. I've never met anyone with so much knowledge about the human body! As a qualified Pilates instructor she's not only helping me get the body of my dreams, but also correct my hip ailment at the same time. So not only will I feel glorious in my skin but eventually be pain free too....I cannot recommend her enough! :) More...

I use Skype, Google Meet or WhatsApp and my sessions are fully private.

I've always believed in proper gym etiquette. Nothing has changed. A sweat towel is encouraged and I ensure all surfaces are clean.
