We offer high-quality Reformer Pilates classes, mat Pilates classes and Private lessons tailored to your fitness and wellness goals. THE CLUB. is not just a fitness studio, it's a movement. Our mission is to provide a transformative experience that enhances physical and mental well-being, fosters community connections and inspires a healthier lifestyle. We believe in making a lasting impact on our clients' lives by teaching the Joseph Pilates method of movement with passion and expertise.

Smaller, personalized classes:

Our intimate class sizes ensure an environment where every client feels safe, supported, and empowered.
We keep our pilates classes smaller to offer more personalised and quality sessions for our clients. It is recommended that a person does not attend a Pilates class of more than 6 people.

Expert instructors:

We are very selective when it comes to our instructors! Our team of highly trained and passionate instructors brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to every session.
Our head instructor, Diane, has over 14 years experience and oversees the level of expertise from our Instructors.
