Happy to take your deposit doesn’t get the work done 3/4 of a year in and we have not submitted plans. Constant excuses.

Hi William, I need to clarify a few points. You paid an initial deposit to begin the project, which covered concept drawings. I proceeded to provide 3D renders as part of the next stage, despite not receiving the agreed payment for them. While I acknowledge the delays, I clearly communicated my workload months ago and offered a handover to avoid further delays—an offer you chose not to take. I’ve conducted myself professionally and with integrity throughout, even when your suggestion to bypass council procedures conflicted with my values. I stand by the work delivered and the principles I work by.
