I love seeing the transformation in my clients as they move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to empowered and confident. Helping people process their trauma, set healthy boundaries, and reclaim their lives is deeply rewarding. I find joy in creating a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported, and I’m inspired by their resilience and growth. What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to offer personalized, flexible, and compassionate therapy that truly meets people where they are. Traditional therapy can sometimes feel rigid, and I wanted to create a space where healing feels natural, whether through deep trauma work, mindfulness in nature, or a relaxed conversation over coffee.
My passion for trauma recovery and personal growth, combined with my experience in TIR therapy, inspired me to make a space that empowers people to heal, set boundaries, and reclaim their lives. Seeing the impact that the right support can have on someone’s journey made me realize—this is my purpose.

I offer online and remote counseling sessions to provide flexibility and convenience for my clients. Whether you’re at home, traveling, or living outside of Sandton and Pretoria East, you can still access personalized, high-quality support.
Online sessions are conducted via secure video calls, ensuring privacy and confidentiality while allowing you to connect from the comfort of your own space. This option is perfect for individuals who prefer a flexible schedule, have mobility limitations, or simply feel more at ease in familiar surroundings.
You’ll receive the same level of care and attention as in face-to-face sessions, with a focus on trauma healing, stress management, boundary setting, and more. I also offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help you decide if online counseling is the right fit for you.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To ensure the safety and well-being of my clients during the COVID-19 pandemic, I’ve implemented several precautions:
Online Sessions Available: I offer secure, confidential online counseling sessions so clients can continue their healing journey from the safety and comfort of their own homes.
Mobile Face-to-Face Sessions: For in-person sessions, I follow strict hygiene protocols, including sanitizing surfaces before and after each session, maintaining physical distancing, and conducting sessions in well-ventilated or outdoor spaces when possible.
Forest Therapy: For those preferring in-person interaction, Forest Therapy sessions (mindfulness walks in nature) allow for safe, socially distanced counseling in an open, natural environment.
Health Screening: I monitor my health closely and ask clients to reschedule if they are feeling unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19.
