SPACE PLANNING / TENANT LAYOUTS
The process starts with an in-depth analysis of how the space is to be used. This will be done during the consultation. If the fee proposal is excepted a survey of the space & remaining furniture & fixtures will be conducted.
We then draw up a plan that defines the zones of the space and the activities that will take place in those zones.
The space plan will also define the circulation patterns that show how people will move through the space.
The plan includes all the furniture, fixtures and equipment placements.
a Carefully considered and designed space plan will allow you to make the best use of your floor area.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Together with a SPACE PLAN stint create a LOOK and FEEL concept presentation.
This is our high-level design intent according to your design requirements.
The presentation will include concept images & proposed Finishes, Furniture, Lighting, Fixtures & Fabrics. 3D Modelling can be included during the Concept Design stage.
stint then present the concept proposal for our client’s feedback & approval.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION:
The Technical Documentation will commence at the same time as the Design development stage.
Once the Space Plan and the Look and Feel direction have been confirmed by our client we get into the finer details. Joinery Design Concepts, Materials & Finishes, Proposed Furniture, Upholstery Fabrics, Lighting, Feature elements.
The first draft technical pack issued to contractors & manufacturers for more accurate costing assists the design development stage towards budget goals.
We provide a complete set of layouts, details & schedules for construction.
FULL INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE + TURNKEY
This will include SPACE PLANNING, CONCEPTUAL DESIGN & TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION.
To follow by PROCUREMENT, INSTALLATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT to HANDOVER of the completed project.
