This sidney davids is a conman, I cannot post all the details here now because I am in the process of filing a complaint/charge with the various authorities against him and his partner. I requested the services of an architect via BARK (my mistake) and sidney came to my house in January , said he is an architect and has been drawing plans for years. I only discovered, when I received a message from the Building department that my plan application had been refused due to it being incorrect/incomplete that a Andre Kruger was the architect (I checked this guy on Hellopeter, Andre Kruger 'Getplansdirect', same like this sidney, and he had also been found guilty on more than one occasion by SACAP). I said to sidney I would never have given my job to him had I known he is not an architect, but he conned me to get my R8500, I am 56yrs old and money do not grow on my back. I also asked him for his SACAP registration number, seeing that he said he is an architect. His arrogant response was that he did not need to tell me everything. The Word teaches me that 'to him who shows mercy, mercy also shall be shown'. I have given sidney opportunity to return my R8500, then I would have walked away, he refused, now I will use the law and social media. I work for the government and have a string of colleagues requiring the services of an architect, also my two sons, I informed sidney of this, even including photos of my one son's job, but now I have warned them all to stay away from this guy and his partner. I also sent an email to the Building department in which I gave a detailed explanation of all that had transpired, they responded saying I should go to the police and open a case.
