I posted previously about this conman sidney who conned me out of R8500 by saying he is an architect, yet when I contacted SACAP they informed that he is not, nor has he ever been, registered with them as a draughtsman /architect, or anything else. I also said I would take the matter further , he then arrogantly commented on my post that he had checked and not seen anything and still waiting. The wheels of justice turn slowly, but they do turn, and on Friday 05 December 2025, I was in a SACAP hearing via zoom, concerning this case of mine, and sidney's partner, andre kruger, was found guilty on all 5 charges and fined R20000. You are a convincing liar You are not mentioning that you build without an approved municipal building plan and that you were in contravention of the municipal building regulations for doing building work without an approved plan we helped you by submitting your plan to council and applying for departures which you paid the fees to the municipality for approval stop spreading lies We saved you from council prosecution .
