What do you love most about your job?
I have a track record of delivering engaging, caring and profoundly meaningful coaching interventions.
On completing articles at a big 4 auditing firm and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 1998, I worked and traveled extensively in Europe and the Middle East. I have operated at Executive level in Higher Education as well as being Chief Financial Officer to a R240m revenue, 60+ partner law firm. I obtained a PGCE (Cum Laude) in 2016.
Having hundreds of coaching hours logged formally, and even more informally, I live out my purpose of empowering my clients to fulfill theirs.
Themes important to the coachee are masterfully blended into their unique coaching intervention. Practical one-on-one and group interventions are performed in a safe, nurturing, and appropriately challenging environment. Coachees emerge with pristine self-awareness and a potent skill set to craft their chosen path.
