We found Home Renovations and Construction Services through Google, looking for a reputable company with a solid track record to renovate a small bathroom after noticing a crack in the wall. From the beginning, the experience was smooth, and George was a pleasure to deal with. Once all the necessary materials were secured, his team began work and quickly identified the root cause of the crack—a rusted galvanized pipe. They promptly removed the affected sections of the wall and replaced the old pipe with a copper one. At this stage, we were very satisfied with the work and professionalism displayed. However, issues arose during the tiling phase. The tiler’s work was subpar, with poorly executed cuts around the toilet base and wall pipe, leaving noticeable gaps—some as wide as two finger widths—between the wall tile and the toilet outlet pipe. The tile at the base of the toilet had uneven grout gaps, creating an untidy and unprofessional finish. Additionally, the bathroom window no longer closed properly after the interior window ledge was raised. The tiling on the step into the bathroom also had an overhang on one side, making it look misaligned. Further, some areas of grouting had to be redone, and the painters failed to apply a second coat of paint on certain sections of the ceiling cornice. To George’s credit, when we pointed out these issues, he responded promptly and brought in another tiler to correct the mistakes. This, however, extended the project timeline by an additional two days. Overall, the project started off well, with excellent communication and problem-solving, but unfortunately ended in frustration due to the tiling and finishing errors. While the prompt corrective action was appreciated, the experience left room for improvement in quality control. More...

Is there existing plumbing and electrical close by? If the garage is converted, do you have other parking space for your vehicles. Do you have enough space inside the garage for what you want to achieve (extra room ,bathroom ,kitchen etc )
