Regus is by far the worst company we've ever dealt with. We ended our contract over six months ago, and to this day, they have refused to return our retainer. We've completed every step they asked for, paid off the balance (in fact, we were forced to pay twice due to their broken system), and submitted proof of payment—yet still no refund.Their customer service and accounts teams are useless! They give vague, scripted replies, block access to anyone who can actually help, and refuse to escalate the issue. We've been denied any route to their legal team to terminate completely, and there’s been no clear process for reclaiming money that is rightfully ours.This is not just bad service. It is deliberate obstruction. If you're considering signing with Regus, be warned: they are quick to take your money, but will make you suffer to rightful terminate contract and get your money back. This company is an absolute disgrace. They charged my account without my permission, and when I reached out for a refund, I was met with nothing but silence. Their billing practices are shady at best and outright theft at worst. Customer service is non-existent—no one takes accountability, and they clearly have no interest in resolving issues. They didn’t honour commercial fee terms agreed to before signing and our wifi connections were so terrible it affected our business reputation.
