Do not use them very unprofessional bad workmanship and they refuse to fix what damage they did arrive in a banged up car with 4 individuals 3 men and a women . Quoted me for leaks drains geyser switch for gas to electric and replace a basin for 4000 I paid the sink still leaking and so is the pipping they fitted after they claimed the geyser was burst not caught on first call out. When he Philip became confrontational I asked him to leave the rest of the team seemed helpful yet the next day he seemed to not want to return due to the fact we didn’t appreciate his conduct. Heather is a lier. She asked us to change geyser pipes, reconnecting to a very old geyser insisisting it was good although i advised her its rotten, when we were done changing all the pipes and tested the geyser was a burst geyser 3 different positions and we were told to wait as she wanted to buy another one only to be told after 2 hrs that she doesn't have funds, she was busy calling relatives asking for money, we were told to remove and relace a complete basin also, fix extra leaks in the kitchen, extra blocked drain for no extra money. Most of the contractors had already left due to none payment at her house, the previous indian plumber left the job half done. She insulted us saying south africans are lazy and in England they don't like it. She is highly emotional abusive and the mother told us to ignore her, suggesting that she is suffering from depression after all she never paid us the 4000 she promised for geyser without extras. Our lawyer is busy with this and she is also free to approach the court as we are honest professionals who unfortunately met this lady. As of now she is posting from England hence she said that side they deal with blacks decisively.
