Measured Building Surveys
Site visits to take accurate measurements of existing buildings or structures and produce updated as-built drawings for record-keeping, extensions, or council compliance.
Drafting of Municipal Building Plans
Creation of SANS 10400-compliant building plan documentation (site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, drainage layouts, etc.) for submission to local authorities for approval.
Council Submissions
Handling the full municipal submission process, including documentation preparation, liaison with council officials, follow-ups, and responding to circulation comments.
New Residential Home Design
Concept-to-drawing design services for standalone residential dwellings within the allowed complexity (typically single dwellings or small clusters under Class II).
Additions & Alterations

Creating 3D models and visualizations of projects using tools like SketchUp, Revit, and Twinmotion for client presentations or municipal overlays.
Local Authority Compliance Checks
Reviewing existing buildings or plans for compliance with zoning schemes, building regulations (SANS 10400), title deed restrictions, and building lines.
Occupancy Certificate Assistance
Managing the documentation and process required to obtain an Occupancy Certificate from the local authority—often including site inspections, as-builts, and forms.
Preparation of Rational Fire Plans (for lower complexity buildings)
Drawing fire layouts for approval by a competent person (Fire Engineer) and coordinating with them for certification.
