Promedcare is ons familiekeuse vanaf 2018. Dit het aanvanklik as ondersteuningsdiens begin en het uitgebrei tot n volle versorgingsdiens.
Promedcare maak dit moontlik dat ons liefma in haar bekende en geliefde omgewing kan bly en leef.
Die effektiwiteit van die diens sluit uitstekende kommunikasie, betroubaarheid en hulp op kort kennisgewing, in. Die versorger bestuur die medikasie met deeglikheid en haar bereidwilligheid om met take te help is fantasties.Sy gee ook terugvoer oor ons Ma se daaglikse behoeftes en hanteer druk-situasies met kalmte.
Ek is tans in Ierland en dit is gerusstellend om te weet dat ons Ma, in SA, goed versorg word. As ons iets nodig het, sal Promedcare help.

ProMedCare was very responsive when I inquired about home-based care for my father who was recovering from bypass surgery. They were thorough in their assessment of his medical requirements and personal needs. I found the cost of the service to be very reasonable. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our carers follow protocols when conducting home-care services by wearing a mask, sanitizing throughout the day, taking and recording their temperature daily, screening guests visiting.
Home-Care
Palliative Care, Post-operative care, Supervise and monitor client during the day/night, Monitor and record fluid and food intake, Assist with personal care and hygiene, Assist with low impact exercises (physiotherapy), Perform basic nursing procedures, Monitor temperature, Monitor blood pressure, Monitor blood sugar levels, Catheter care, Basic wound care, Assist client with mobility, Administer prescription and over-the-counter medication, Prepare basic meals, etcetera.
Chronic Diseases
Alzheimer’s, Motor Neuron Disease, Dementia, Parkinson’s, Diabetes, Cancer, etcetera.
Clients Include
Non-mobile clients, Children with special needs, People in need of physical and emotional support, People recovering from surgery, Elderly clients, Companionship, On-holiday (local & international)
Shift Options
Live-in, Day and/or night shifts, Customized shifts based on the client’s needs, On-holiday
Night Nanny
Our well trained carers are able to assist parents with night nanny duties to ensure parents get the rest they deserve. The hours can be customized. Most of our clients prefer the 17h00 to 07h00 timeslot. This allow for the carer to assist with feeding, bath time, and night bottle nursing, nappy changing and babies having difficulty sleeping through.
Holiday Nanny Care
Our well trained carers are able to spend the day with your child(ren), keeping them entertained in the comfort of your home (and outside), with familiar surroundings.
