Liberty and the team did such a wonderful job! They were all professional, the whole apartment looks brand new, smells good and now feels comfortable for me to live in and most importantly it’s CLEAN. They unpacked a few items for me and made the bed which I greatly appreciated.

The cleaning was done properly.i would use them again.

If I could give them zero I would.

Zero contact or customer care, I had to follow up when they were late and again an hour later.

When the showed up I stated I would be in a meeting and if they wouldn’t mind waiting considering they were the ones late. They left and only after I called them to find out what was happening was I told this.

I would recommend literally anyone else, not even an apology nor have I been compensated. More...

Initially they didn’t have availability however they made a plan to assist me on a very busy weekend.
I am very happy with the service. My new house needed a deep clean due to the old tenant not maintaining it.
They came with heavy cleaning tools for the carpet and a steamer for the shower. They cleaned the walls and all the cupboards. The team is efficient and effective. They came with a team of 7 cleaners. They took care of all my belongings during the clean.
I will definitely be recommending them to my friends n family.
They provided an invoice for service as well. Very professional.
