Penthouse Holdings is an extremely professional business with Steve at the helm. He's timeous, keeps lines of communication open and is an expert in his field. He was always willing to hear our concerns and renovated our apartment into a beautiful home. We were able to get all services done with his business (renovations, plumbing and electricity) which was convenient and helped us stay within our deadline. Him and his team work very neatly and professionally so our neighbors couldn't lodge any complaints (even though they tried to lol) which was a huge plus for us. 18 years, i joined the construction industry in 2004, as a sole trader. I started as a handyman offering services to clients in complexes. As the demand for my services increased in 2015, we registered as a private limited company and employed qualified artisans. So, we have more than 15 years solid experience in the construction industry.

All kitchens and Built in Cupboards comes with a 15 years guarantee. All brickwork a guarantee of 20 years.

No, we are in the building industry and we have to be on the ground in order to execute our duties, we can only design and draw plans and provide them online, but the actual construction of the house, kitchen , bathrooms needs to be done on the customer's premises.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Revised our code of ethics and conduct to make it compulsory for all our stall to follow all COVID-19 protocols at all times anywhere. We hold workshops to remind our staff the importance of complying with COVID-19 regulations
Complete home renovations, new buildings
We demolish walls to create space or open lounge, we remove existing ceiling, install new ceilings new downlights, new plugs, new switches, pendant lights. We remove existing kitchen cupboards, plaster and paint to make good the kitchen area. We then install plumbing pipes and electrical pipes if we are installing an island. After the installation of cupboards depending on the customers choice, we cut polish and install the new top.
We also install new tiles, wooden floors, new roofs.
