Q&As

I love making a diffrence: Pass It On Training Centre is not just about training—it’s about changing lives, reviving hope, and building futures. To empower individuals and uplift communities by providing accredited skills training, sports development, and mentorship—transforming lives through opportunity, purpose, and the power of making a difference.”

I was inspired by the deep need I saw in our communities—especially in rural areas—where young people were full of potential but lacked access to opportunities, skills, and mentorship. I wanted to create something that didn’t just offer training, but truly made a difference in people’s lives.

Seeing how sports had disappeared from schools, how unemployment was rising among youth, and how many talented individuals were being left behind, I knew something had to change. That’s when the idea of Pass It On Training Centre was born—a place where skills, hope, and purpose could be passed on from one person to another.

It’s not just a business—it’s a movement to uplift, empower, and transform.

At Pass It On Training Centre, we are committed to delivering high-quality, accredited training. However, all our accredited courses require face-to-face training as per the requirements of our accrediting bodies:

MICT SETA (End User Computing – NQF Level 3)
CATHSSETA (Beginners Volleyball Coaching – NQF Level 4)
ETDP SETA (Facilitator, Assessor, and Moderator Training)
These programs involve practical components, assessments, and hands-on facilitation that must be conducted in person to ensure quality, compliance, and learner success.

That said, we do offer support services remotely, such as:

Pre-training orientation sessions
Post-training mentorship and coaching
Administrative support and learner guidance
Monitoring and evaluation follow-ups
We are also exploring blended learning options for future programs where possible, while maintaining the integrity of our accredited offerings.

Health & Hygiene Protocols
Regular sanitization of training venues, equipment, and high-touch surfaces.
Hand sanitizers available at all entry points and in classrooms.
Social Distancing
Reduced class sizes to allow for proper physical distancing.
Staggered training schedules to minimize crowding.
Flexible Rescheduling
Learners who are unwell or exposed to COVID-19 can reschedule their training without penalty.

Services

We offer high-quality, accredited training programs that equip learners with practical, job-ready skills:

End User Computing (NQF Level 3)
Accredited by MICT SETA, this course provides essential computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office, internet use, and digital communication—ideal for entry-level office and admin roles.

Beginners Volleyball Coaching (NQF Level 4)
Accredited by CATHSSETA, this program trains individuals to become certified volleyball coaches, with a focus on school and community sports development.

Facilitator, Assessor, and Moderator Training
Accredited by ETDP SETA, these programs prepare individuals to deliver, assess, and moderate accredited training programs, opening doors to careers in education and training.

We are reviving sports in rural schools by:

Training unemployed matriculants as volleyball coaches.
Placing them in schools for 9-month coaching internships.
Establishing community volleyball clubs for ongoing development and experience.
Supporting coaches to pursue full qualifications and long-term careers in sports.

We identify and repurpose vandalized or underutilized spaces—like the Clayville premises—into vibrant training and development centres. These hubs serve as safe, productive environments for learning, mentorship, and community engagement.

We don’t stop at training. We support our learners with:

Internship and placement opportunities in schools and community programs.
Mentorship and coaching to build confidence and professionalism.
Career guidance to help learners pursue further education or employment.

We collaborate with schools, NGOs, and corporates to design and deliver tailored training programs that meet specific community or organizational needs.
