We custom make menus with our team of chefs dependent on the type of event
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Should it be a corporate function we opt to infuse cocktails, with colour and scent of ingredients matching for example the ingredients in the perfume
What do you love most about your job?
Curating bespoke excursions - Accommodation, transport, food and beverage, guest speakers, staging, sound and lighting all infused to see the final outcome is so rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was in the hospitality industry for years and thanks to Covid my own business was born.
