What’s your signature dish?
Traditional South African foods, including the likes of Potjiekos (stew cooked in a cast iron pot), Boerewors (traditional sausage made fresh on site) and Farm Baked Breads (made fresh on site)
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
All foods are cooked fresh on the premises, no frozen foods are used (heated). We have a set menu for every calender month, which we adjust according to everyone's individual needs
What do you love most about your job?
When you love your " job" you not working a day in your life. All our guests arrive as strangers but we part as family, we all go out of our way to provide a home away from home.
I stay in competition with myself every day and that is what I am passionate about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Corporate World was slowly killing my positive spirit, I decided to start my own business in an industry where you are needed and appreciated in one sentence.
