How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Creating the perfect menu is all about getting to know your client's taste and preferences. It's important to ask lots of questions to get a sense of what they like and don't like. Are they vegetarian or vegan? Do they have any food allergies or sensitivities? Do they have a favorite cuisine or dish? Once you have a good sense of their likes and dislikes, you can start to create a menu that's tailored to their unique tastes.
What do you love most about your job?
Flexibility,doing what i love every day and also discovering and experimenting new recipes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was always depressed due to financial challenges then i thought of trying out something new and it came out right.

Unfortunately i only started just after the covid-19 pandemic but hygiene is very important especially when you are dealing with food
