Linda was the best decision we ever made as a couple. First and foremost she is a great listener,and,because she was so effective in helping us as a couple,we even ended our sessions sooner than we thought.
Up to date,her tools are still helping us even now,we are mindful of each others space and how we navigate bad days.

I was very hesitant to go for counselling and didn't believe it would help. I was unfortunately put on medication and decided to help myself in any way that I could. I found Linda to be close-by and reasonably priced, and not forceful at all with the amount of sessions etc. She worked out a plan perfect for me and without her I wouldn't be where I am today. What do you love most about your job?
I have a passion for helping people.
Assisting my clients in overcoming their challenges, healing emotional and psychological wounds and achieving their full potential, is what drives me everyday.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Since I started my studies in Psychology, I wanted to open my practice to help people who cannot afford a psychologist, if they don’t have medical aid…And in current economic times, many people cannot even afford a hospital plan, nevermind medical aid.
So, I keep my rates as low as possible and offer various discounted packages, as well as discounted offers to my clients throughout the year.
Why should our clients choose you?
I give 100% to every one of my clients. Each client is a unique individual to me and I design a personal counselling strategy for each client according to their individual needs and requirements.
I don’t just look at a client file for 5min on the day they are coming to see me, this is exactly what many other counsellors and psychologists do.
My clients are not just a number to me. I provide input from my side during sessions and I put time and effort in between each session to evaluate whether the approach we are using is achieving its purpose, and whether anything in the strategy needs to adjusted.

I offer Whatsapp sessions. These can be via text, phone call or video call, according to the preference of the client.
Suprisingly, I have found that text sessions yield the most results out of the 3 options that I offer - these are done via text and voice notes.
