Preparation of all documentation to Local Authorities to procure planning approval.
Liaising with associated professionals such as engineers and town planners as required to procure planning approval.
Tender Documentation, Building Contract Administration, Inspection on site and CloseOut.
Preparation of Finishes Schedules, Sanitary Schedules, Internal and External Door Schedules, Tiling Layouts, Ceiling and Bulkhead layouts, Electrical Layouts, Water Reticulation Layouts, Architectural Details, Balustrade and Gate designs.
Tender Adjudication and Building Contract Award.
Inspection of Building Works on-site with minuted meetings.
Monthly Payment Certificates.
Snagging and Close-Out of Contract
Occupancy Certificate from the Local Authority.
