We ordered a custom bathroom vanity. The vanity is stunning, and I can recommend the product. The only negative experience was the long wait. We ordered our vanity on the 22nd of July 2024 and we finally received it this morning 14th of October 2024. There was a little bit of a struggle to get the tracking number but the product arrived today. Little scuff on the leg of the unit that we hoping my husband can polish out. What an amazing Company to deal with - I saw a design on Facebook - asked if it was available and unfortunately had been sold - only to be told - you can POP into the factory and come and look at it and if you like what you see you can place an order. Before ordering, I wanted to do my research and make sure that I would be receiving quality pieces. Nicole kindly answered all my questions and invited me to the La Vita Designs factory to have a look-see. Daryl kindly took me around and showed me some of the pieces that they were working on at the time. I ended up ordering two custom pieces and I was super impressed by the service, price and craftsmanship. The desk was similar to a design that I had seen in a store - with a few tweaks to suit my style. Crafted out of solid oak as opposed to veneer (which I had seen in store) and it came in at nearly half the price with La Vita Designs. The Dining room table was inspired by something I had seen on Pinterest and turned out better than my Inso pic. I’ve been admiring La Vita Design’s work for a looooooooooooong time, so it was so exiting to place my very first order with them. I absolutely love the mirror and Blackwood console table I received yesterday.
