I recently hired Liz and her team at L&K Facilities Management as a contractor for a home renovation project, and I am extremely satisfied with her work.
It was a big job which included replacement of nearly all of our windows with aluminium frames, repair and painting of all the external walls of our home, as well as our roof, and paving of our driveway. Liz was highly professional from start to finish, and her attention to detail was evident in the final results.
Liz was always on time, and she consistently communicated with me throughout the project, keeping me informed of progress and any potential issues. She also completed the work within the agreed-upon timeline, which was a great relief.

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
The structural condition of the garage, damp proofing, fire safety, roofing. How far is the garage situated from the main house in terms of electrical, plumbing etc.

We've been in business since 2005 in Johannesburg. Started off as a plumbing company and expanded to renovations. Relocated back to Cape Town in 2014.
