He communicates well, answers phone calls and messages. He did a good job and has done more than what I have asked him, like returning the day after he has felled the tree to poison the stump so that it will not grow again at no charge.

Jephias and his team did an excellent job of cleaning up my back yard and cutting down a big dead tree. I can recommend using their services any day.

Do not use Jeff (JNJ Tree Felling) for gardening services. He is completely unreliable and dishonest. A few months ago, I agreed with him on a price and schedule for my garden, yet he kept coming up with endless excuses instead of showing up. I told him that if he couldn’t commit, it was better not to come at all.

A few months later, I reached out on BARK again, and once again he accepted my request but refused to come, giving more excuses. Jeff does not keep his promises, and working with him is a waste of time. Avoid him entirely—there are plenty of gardeners who are professional and reliable.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Apart from being really nice guys, they are well priced and do an excellent job. They cut down and removed 3 huge palms from my garden. Looking at the area afterwards you wouldn't think that 3 big palms had been cut down and cut up there. My garden was left spotless and no damage at all.
