To convert into a living space,the most important determining factors will be the size,and what you wantto convert the space into
For example: Livable accomodation,home office or perhaps art studio will all differ in price and materials

More then 7 years and over 20years experience in construction
What guarantee does your work come with?
This will depend on the work carried out including the products that was installed.
For example installing taps in a park and home is different.As the are obviously more wear and tear in the public space.
For construction 6-12 months repairs on all workmanship depending on the traffic and usage of that particular one component and structure.Storms,rain,wind damages is an act of God and can not be gauranteed on.
