Hans & Hans's caregivers looked after our uncle during his advanced stages of cancer in 2024. We were very happy and impressed by their caregivers.
They were always on time and very dedicated. They fulfilled their duties with great passion and professionalism. The companionship and emotional support towards my uncle were outstanding. Always calm and understanding and I could contact them at any point, day or night. They were responsible for providing fulltime day and night personal care and it was a relief to know he was in good hands.
They kept him mentally stimulated with positive and motivational conversations. They went out of their way and the extra mile, to help keeping his apartment in order and also assisted us with packing his belongings when he had to move to frail care. Hans & Hans's caregivers are a blessing to the short and long term care industry. Persons in their care are not patients or residents but human beings. They adjust with different personalities, stay calm in situations and as I've mentioned, go the extra mile. I recommend Hans & Hans for any caregiving service. We are very thankful and happy and we will definitely make use of their services again.

It was very easy dealing with Hans & Hans. We did the initial meet and agreed on the services we needed. The carer we were initially going to get for my father in law had another patient to see to so Vanessa arranged another carer to start. She was a loverly personality. Very respectful and very comfortable to chat to. She took really good care of my father in law. He was confined to the bed and a wheel chair and suffered from dementia. She was patient with him and they got along very well. She is well trained in her duties and I would recommend her with out any question. More...

Vanessa and her team has been responsible for taking care of my wife for the last few months. This involves taking her glucose levels, insulin dosages, feeding as per strict dietary requirements etc and assisting with a few general household chores. There is no room for error of course and Hans&Hans has delivered excellent and punctual service. She and her staff are friendly and goes beyond the call of duty to perform their tasks.
