What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We normally keep our Castomers where they are if plans are available they just send them to us without them going any where or if site inspection is required we travel to them to keep them safe to not contact any traffic for their own safety.
Drafting of plans including 3D designs
We charge R70 p/sqm for full drafting and R30 p/sqm for municipal approvals
Building loans
We charge R7500 p/sqm for full building with finishes .We provide schedule of finishes to specify what is included and what are the rates
Labor package
We charge R1700 p/sqm for labor including everything including the engineer services with full report.
