Gershin and his team are the best. They catered for our wedding for 70 guests, the food and service was the best ever. They work well with people and deliver the best service ever. Gersh is a nice person and easy to work with, he shared my wedding planning stress and i knew I could count on him anyday. When i was not sure about the menu for the day, he gave me ideas and suggestions. He suggested the harvest table for the starter and i loved it it was unique and my guests loved it soo much. I have more than one, love cooking seafood & steak. So a classic surf & turn with a modern twist is one signature dish I love and also panna cotta as it is so versatile.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Creating the perfect menu involves researching client preferences, conceptualizing a theme, selecting quality ingredients, balancing variety, testing dishes, analyzing costs, designing the menu, ensuring staff training, and maintaining flexibility based on feedback.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people and being apart of their celebrations is the best part of my day. Creating long lasting memories by curating amazing menus, dinner parties and event is the cherry on the cake for me and lastly serving with passion is what makes every event special not just for my clients but also for me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My love for cooking and the food industry is what drives me. The fact that I have been cooking since the age of 12 speak for itself and thus my passion became my business.
