I have had a gate motor put in by this Company 2-3 years ago. The motor gave problems and so we called them to come fix it. ... When the technician came out he looked at the motor and said "Thats not a good motor. It needs to be replaced." The quote came to R7500... So we left it because of the cost. Today we decided to call MANVICK to come and have a look at the motor... Within minutes they fixed it. It was apparently only a censor issue. SHANKEN obviously has NO back up service... They only sell NEW motors... and then you cant even trust that it is good.... out of their own mouths. More...

Poor client service and overpriced. Won't recommend. on the comment received from the owner of not paying an invoice.
