Everything , from taking measurements on site, collecting the blueprints of my house from our local municipality, honoring appointments, asking me long in advance to have a copy of my property Title Deed ready for submission to get approval from the municipality, providing draft plans and making amendments until my husband and I were satisfied with every little detail. He did all that with a very positive work ethic and the ultimate goal to satisfy the client.

Developing a project from ideas or sketches ... to a 3D Model and Working Drawings ... to seeing and experiencing the completed physical building upon final completion.

I am a creative person. I am also an author. I love to create and then to see the final product come alive.

We live in a modern world. Technology is wonderful. I have done projects to final completion where I have never even met the client in person. I have numerous references in this regard. All submissions are also online now.

Architectural Design
I will design your project from concept stage to meet all your needs and dreams ... and to your budget (if any). The design will then be developed into sketch plans ... a 3D Model ... and working drawings as we proceed.
Building Plans & Submission Plans
I do detailed building plans which involves all drawings required for approval by the local authority ... plus a 3D model of your project (you can view the building from any side or angle) ... plus detailed working drawings for construction purposes.
Principal Agent & Site Inspection
As a separate agreement, I can act as your agent who deals with the construction process until final completion. I will inspect the construction, write reports, solve problems, give on-site instructions, ensure good building standards are observed, ensure the approved building plans are observed, amend drawings where required and have the same re-approved by the local authority.
Land Use Applications
I am experienced in applying for Rezoning of properties ... Departure Applications ... and Removal of Restrictions from the Title Deed.
