12 month factory warranty and workmanship as I only use Tier 1 products and COD Suppliers

Corporate companies don't have the humanity factor at heart. I do my best on my own and was over qualified for every job interview in SA

Remote only. I physically have to do fault finding or measure up on site. I charge a R450 call out fee with very good reason to ensure that measurements are correct and fault finding is correctly sought to avoid unnecessary costs
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I travel to them only. I don't let them come to my office to minimize risk
